Our commitment to excellence means that each product is carefully selected, inspected, and packaged before it reaches you. We believe in the value of every purchase and expect our customers to value their commitment as well.

 

Refund Eligibility Window:

Refunds are only available within the first 12 hours of purchase confirmation.

After this 12-hour window, we do not permit cancellations, changes, or refunds.

This policy is non-negotiable and serves to protect both the integrity of our operations and the timeliness of your order.

Returns

Customers may request a return of items only if the following strict conditions are met:

The item has not been worn, used, altered, or washed.

It is returned in its original packaging with tags and seals intact.

A return request is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns will not be accepted if items show any sign of use, damage, scent, or tampering.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must:

1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our team.

3. Ship the product to the address we provide within 48 hours of approval, using a reliable courier.

4. You will bear the cost of return shipping. We recommend using tracked delivery.

 

Refund Processing

If your return is approved, the refund (minus any original shipping charges) will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Important:

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at purchase are excluded from returns or refunds.

Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our pieces and the luxury standards involved, all refunds are strictly time-bound.

Legal Standing

This policy is compliant with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) of Nigeria, which recognizes a business's right to define return and refund conditions where products are not defective.
