At Successix, we recognize that anticipation is part of the luxury experience. That’s why we treat shipping with the same precision as we do product design.

Processing Time

All orders undergo a 1–2 business day processing period to verify and confirm your order.

Once confirmed, production and logistics begin immediately.

 

Shipping Timeframe

Delivery takes a minimum of 14 business days after processing.

Orders are delivered within Nigeria only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

Why the Wait?

Our shipping timeline reflects our dedication to premium sourcing, careful inspection, and packaging, ensuring each item meets our standard of excellence before dispatch. We do not mass produce, and this care requires time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

The value of your order.

The destination/location.

The weight and size of your package.

You will receive an estimate during the checkout process. Delivery partners are selected based on reliability, security, and delivery speed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Missed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or refusal to accept, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. Successix is not responsible for failed deliveries due to inaccurate customer information.
